When I am on the road performing or at book signings other than at bookstores, I use a portable credit card terminal which runs by batteries and/or electricity (when available). It does not have to be hooked up to telephone outlet. I wait until after the event to send the batch of transactions over telephone lines. Either way, great for outdoor and indoor events.
For a little more $$ you can purchase a wifi system that needs neither electricity or telephone to process. I decided to keep my purchase at a minimum; and I got a refurbished system which I have had no problems with in 2 yrs since I purchased. The following is what sold me on this merchant account over countless others:
- NO CONTRACT
- NO CANCELLATION FEE
- NO ANNUAL FEE
- NO APPLICATION FEE
- NO PROGRAMMING FEE
NO SET UP FEE - NO MONTHLY MINIMUM
You can’t beat that with a stick! Interested, email me the following info:
- Your Name:
- Business Name:
- Business Address:
- Email Address:
- Daytime Telephone #:
I will have my personal account executive, contact you within one business day & work hard to get you the best possible deal on a merchant account–like he did for me. I was up and running in a few days. Be ready for the holiday season–your readers will appreciate having this convenient choice for their purchases. There is also online account and iphone & blackberry apps options.
PS, even if you have a merchant account; this may be a way better deal for you. check it out. make this switch before holiday sales start pouring in.

Who I Am
I'm an author, inspirational speaker, vocalist, and performance artist. I was a heroin addict saved from myself and the lifestyle (with all the pain that comes with it) but the mercy and grace of God. Thus, I am a late bloomer; but blooming none-the-less. I've yielded every talent given me, and am now using them to encourage, inspire, and motivate others to discover and lives God's marvelous plans for their lives. My books include my latest, Walking On Water When The Ground Ain't Enuf; I Say A Prayer For Me: One Woman's Life of Faith and Triumph (Warner); 12-Step Programs: A Resource Guide For Helping Professionals; and Contributing Author of SistahFaith: Real Stories of Pain, Truth and Triumph compiled by Marilynn Griffith (Howard/Simon&Schuster). I also perform a one-woman show with comedy infused throughout. It's who I am--by God's grace--one woman on a journey toward unwavering faith.

Tears of joy. I love it! Gives me hope; but surprisingly, also, brought up pain.
You see, my books are...

“Stanice Anderson adheres to the credo of writing instructors: “Write what you know.” What she knows is how to walk on water. She had the faith to walk away from drug addiction, even when there didn’t seem to be ground under her feet. She reached a hand to the sky and was lifted over...
