Recovery Community Services Program (RCSP). Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) announces funds to deliver peer-to-peer recovery support services that help prevent relapse and promote sustained recovery from alcohol and drug use disorders. Successful applicants will provide peer-to-peer recovery support services that are responsive to community needs and strengths, and will carry out a performance assessment of these services.
Eligibility: City or township governments, county governments, public and state controlled institutions of higher education, state governments, nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, private institutions of higher education and community-based organizations.
Deadline: February 10, 2010.
Funds: $2,200,000 is available to fund awards up to $350,000.

I'm an author, inspirational speaker, vocalist, and performance artist. I was a heroin addict saved from myself and the lifestyle (with all the pain that comes with it) but the mercy and grace of God. Thus, I am a late bloomer; but blooming none-the-less. I've yielded every talent given me, and am now using them to encourage, inspire, and motivate others to discover and lives God's marvelous plans for their lives.
