@Denyse @Alma remember the preacher dude at the shoe shine stand there in the hallway in between USAT and Gannett tower? Everytime I walked past him to go to the store to buy cigarettes he would start shouting “Glory, thank you Jesus, no more cigerettes, it’s coming it’s coming.” It got so I would go through the basement to avoid him. But I guess his anointing followed me wherever I went. It got so I was shouting, myself, inbetween every puff, “thank you Jesus, it won’t be long. It’s coming. I’m gonna be free from these cigarettes.” Within months, as of July 29, 2001, I was done. It was done. I was smoke-free. Freed from the bondage of my cigarette addiction!
Wherever you are Shoe Shine Stand Preacher Man, thank you for not giving up for me. Thank you for praying me through. The prayers of a righteous man availed MUCH. I’s free now!!!
